No subscription is mandatory. If you would rather hand over hosting, the domain name and small edits, the peace of mind plan costs €29 a month, cancel anytime. External costs (a domain name, around ten euros a year, and any APIs) are paid by you directly.

No. The assistant reads your tools through market standards: IMAP and SMTP for email, CalDAV and ICS for calendars, an API or a CSV export for everything else. Who hosts them does not matter. As for the machine, it is delivered on a Mac today; on Windows or Linux, a test first is priced in the quote. And if a tool has neither an API nor an export, we say so before starting.

It stays in your accounts: your hosting, your till, your tools. The assistant runs on your own computer, nothing on our servers. What it sends to the AI provider, on an account in your name, is listed in writing before installation. We work read-only whenever possible and delete any working copy on delivery. A non-disclosure agreement, and a GDPR data processing agreement if needed, is signed before any access.
